1. Copyright Ownership
- All content provided on this App, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the App, is the property of Hikoi NZ Ltd or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
- The Hunting Aotearoa name and logo are proprietary marks of Hikoi NZ Ltd, and the use of these marks without express permission is strictly prohibited.
- The video content of the show "Hunting Aotearoa" made available through the App is also owned by Hikoi NZ Ltd or licensed to Hikoi NZ Ltd and is subject to the same protections and restrictions outlined in this policy.
- Hikoi NZ Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App strictly in accordance with this policy.
- This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, prices, or videos; any derivative use of the App or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

- By submitting content to the App, you grant Hikoi NZ Ltd a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the App and Hikoi NZ Ltd's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
